We are a Cycling Studio for Sales, Service and Fits

In order to optimize service to our customers, Apex Velo strongly suggests making an appointment (by calling us at 617-244-3970 during business hours) prior to arrival.   We adopted this as part of our pandemic protocols, and have found that this ensures we can always deliver the quality of service that you deserve from us.  Please understand that if you arrive unannounced, while we will welcome you, there is a possibility we might not be able to optimally address your needs on the spot. As always, if you have an emergency, or something comes up at the last minute, do not hesitate to call us at 617-244-3970 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

For those who are are still being cautious relating to COVID, flu, etc., we will continue to run our HEPA filters.

We will start up our Sunday shop rides again once it is warm by 9 am. We are contemplating having two different ride groups. One will average 18-19 mph, while the other will be more casual at 16-17 mph. The best way to keep updated is by following us on Instagram and/or Facebook.

Because we strongly believe in ‘fit first’, we do bike sales in coordination with a fit (see our Fitting Page for more details).

 Our process for bike service will be:

-         Call or contact us first to discuss what work you would like performed.

-         We will arrange a time (so customers do not overlap) to come in.

-         We will provide you with an estimate. 

-         Once the estimate is approved, we will provide you with a Completion Date.

-         Once the service is complete, we will contact you via e-mail.
